Kenneth Byass is the Senior Partner of Moss, Solicitors of Loughborough and
specialises in commercial conveyancing and commercial work generally. He is a
former Law Society Council Member and his Council career included involvement
in the “Adapting for the Future” conveyancing consultation, negotiation over
several years with the Council of Mortgage Lenders over terms of business and
the drafting of Rule 6(3). From 1999 to 2001 Kenneth was Treasurer of the Law
Society.
