Cheviot’s in-house administration team provides services to both employers and members.

The team

The Cheviot administration team manages the pensions and financial administration of all the various schemes. With a wealth of pensions administration and financial experience, our team is tasked to deliver an excellent service to employers and members. The Finance team includes three qualified accountants.

Service standards

Administration cases are measured against a five day target for most cases. The Trustee expects 95% of cases to be completed within this timeframe other than in exceptional circumstances and reviews it each quarter. Cheviot’s approach is for one administrator to deal with a case from start to finish to ensure continuity of service and understanding of the case. This helps both the member and the employer. All administrators have direct dial numbers to facilitate this.
